BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Bookings are only confirmed when the requested deposit has been received, and names of all guests are submitted.

All payments for all Chalet accommodation can be paid directly into our bank account (details will be provided at the time of booking), 14 days before arrival at Village Point. If a booking is made under 14 days before arrival, we shall request for the full payment to be made.

As we do not send reminders or statements, the client is responsible for making sure that payments are made on time in order to secure their booking.

Only on receipt of written notification can a booking be cancelled. If a cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, cancellation fees as follows will be charged.

  • 30 to 14 days before booked check in date: 50% of total fee
  • 14 to 7 days before booked check in date: 75% of total fee
  • 7 to 0 days before booked check in date: 100% of total fee
  • No show on booked check in date: 100% of total fee

Please note that no refunds are given where a client leaves a Lodge before their booked check out date, or if a stay ends before its booked end date due to reasons beyond Village Point Lodge control.
